2. What data we collect

Through the contact form, we collect the data you provide directly to us: your name, phone number, email address, and the content of the message sent. We do not use tracking cookies and do not collect any other personal data through the website.

3. Purpose of processing

The data is used exclusively to respond to your requests and to prepare quotes or information related to our services.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, expressed by ticking the consent checkbox in the contact form, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Data recipients

The contact form is processed through the third-party service Web3Forms, whose sole role is to forward your message to our email address. Your data is not sold, rented, or used for third-party marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

We retain the data submitted through the form for as long as necessary to resolve your request, but no longer than 24 months from your last interaction, unless the law requires a longer retention period (for example, in the case of concluding a contract).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request:

  • rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erasure of your data ("the right to be forgotten");
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • objection to processing;
